GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SKI SCHOOLS SPORT JIZERKY
1. Contractual relationship
The Severák VELBLOUD - SPORT JIZERKY Ski School (hereinafter referred to as LŠ) represented by Jan Telenski , ID: 01603507 provides individuals and groups with participation in skiing and snowboarding courses on the basis of a signed Contracts for the provision of physical education and sports services (hereinafter referred to as the Contract). The Contract becomes effective upon the creation of an order (reservation) at the LS office or through the online reservation system at www.sportjizerky.cz/rezervace. By completing the order, the customer agrees to all the information provided in the contract and acknowledges these General Terms and Conditions, Terms of Web Service, Privacy Policy. Furthermore, these relations are governed by the provisions of the Civil Code or the Commercial Code.
2. Price and payment terms
The prices for LS services are agreed upon between LS and the customer and are governed by the valid price list, which is freely available for the customer at the LS premises and on the website www.sportjzerky.cz. The customer always pays for the service before the start of the course in cash, by credit card or online payment. Prices are inclusive of VAT. LS reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
3. Customer's rights and obligations
The customer has the right to:
- Complain about any defects in the services provided.
- In the event that the group lesson is not filled to the minimum number of 4 persons, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract free of charge and cancel the group lesson.
The customer has an obligation:
- Arrive on time at the pre-determined meeting point for the beginning and end of the lesson. Late arrivals will forfeit the reservation.
- Provide the LS staff with your First Name, Last Name, phone number and email address.
- To follow the written instructions of the LS and the verbal instructions of the course leader and instructor and to adhere to the established course program.
Should the customer's actions or behaviour jeopardise or disrupt the course and programme, he/she may be excluded from the course and will lose the right to payment for unused services. In this case, the customer is obliged to pay all costs arising from the consequences of his/her exclusion from the course.
4. Rights and obligations of the ski school
a) If a student is not able to move independently on the ski slope and on the ski lift during group lessons, the instructor of the ski school has the right to immediately remove him/her from the group. For this reason, the legal guardian is obliged to stay at the LŠ for the first 15 minutes after the lesson starts.
b) The legal guardians of a minor participant in skiing and snowboarding lessons automatically assume responsibility for the minor after the lesson period has ended.
c) The LŠ is responsible for the minor children entrusted to it only during the period of instruction. If the time allotted for a lesson has elapsed and the legal guardians of the minor child do not appear at the premises of the LŠ, the instructor has the right to leave underage children at the LŠ premises.
d) The LS has the right to change the instructors assigned to each lesson before it starts.
5. Liability for damages
The LS is not liable for any damage caused to the customer that was not caused by the LS or other suppliers of services provided during the event and was caused by the customer himself or by a third party not connected with the provision of the event.
6. Cancellation policy
Cancellation fees:
- Cancellation 2 days in advance: 0 % course prices.
- Cancellation 1 day in advance: 50 % of the course price.
- Cancellation on the day of the class: 100 % of the course price.
Reservations can be cancelled by the customer at any time in person, by phone or through the online reservation system. Cancellation via email is possible at least 2 days before the start of the lesson.
In the event of customer illness, we refund 100 % of the price paid. Illness must be proven by a doctor's certificate. The payment of the price is subject to the presentation of a doctor's certificate and will always be paid at the place of payment or by other agreed means. A pro rata portion of the price will be refunded, i.e. the total price paid divided by the total number of days of the course and this ratio multiplied by the number of days of the customer's absence.
Payment of the prize is subject to the presentation of proof of payment of the LS.
8. Changes
In case of insufficient snow conditions, the LS reserves the right to cancel the course with a subsequent full refund of the price paid for the cancelled course.
9. Insurance
The price of the course and other LS services does not include the customer's accident insurance. However, LS recommends that customers have an accident insurance policy.
10. Final provisions
These terms and conditions are available for inspection at the LS premises and form an integral part of the contractual relationship between the customer and the LS.
By confirming the order / reservation on the website www.sportjizerky.cz/rezervace, the customer confirms that he/she has read and agrees to these general terms and conditions and undertakes to accept them in full.
